TAD Concepts LLC · Patent Pending · U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 64/100,983
TAD Concepts LLC develops Human-Centered Governed Orchestration (HCGO), a governance and orchestration architecture designed to govern how humans, AI, authoritative knowledge sources, and enterprise capabilities participate together.
HCGO provides a common governed orchestration model designed to support heterogeneous capabilities while preserving source authority, provenance, participation boundaries, human oversight, and auditable governance.

TAD Concepts LLC develops Human-Centered Governed Orchestration (HCGO), a reusable governance and orchestration architecture for environments where humans, AI, authoritative sources, and enterprise capabilities must participate together under defined governance.
HCGO is designed to preserve human authority, source authority, provenance, participation boundaries, and governance throughout orchestration rather than treating governance as an external policy applied after AI processing.
Originally demonstrated through the Bible Therapy Assistant™, HCGO is being advanced as an enterprise, multi-domain architecture for government, regulated, and knowledge-intensive environments.
Architecture
HCGO's 21 Constitutional Guardrails establish the governing conditions and boundaries for Human-AI participation. These guardrails operate across governed orchestration to preserve human authority, domain boundaries, source authority, and accountable participation rather than relying on governance applied only after AI processing or action.
QueryService is the HCGO enterprise orchestration authority, governing how eligible participants, authoritative sources, domain capabilities, and AI services are brought together for a governed interaction. Domains configure their requirements and capabilities while QueryService preserves the common orchestration boundary without allowing individual domains to redefine the HCGO platform.
HCGO does not assume that a human, AI capability, source, system, or domain is authorized to participate merely because it is available. Participation authority must be established through defined identity, eligibility, role, domain, source, and governance requirements before participation occurs, and that participation remains bounded by the authority granted.
HCGO SASS (Source Acquisition and Staging Service) establishes the governed boundary through which external sources become eligible to participate in HCGO. It preserves source authority, provenance, integrity, chain of custody, domain eligibility, and publication governance across heterogeneous source types and capabilities.
HCGO supports multiple domains while preserving domain-specific authority, configuration, participation requirements, boundaries, and governance. Each domain can define its authoritative sources, presentation, displays, exports, and consumer interfaces while operating through the common governed HCGO architecture.
Human authority is the foundation of HCGO. HCGO was conceived and architected to ensure that increasing AI capability and autonomy do not displace human authority, understanding, oversight, or accountability. AI participation does not equal AI authority. Governance establishes whether, where, and how AI and other capabilities may participate before they act. HCGO preserves human authority while enabling AI, authoritative knowledge, systems, and other capabilities to operate within explicitly governed boundaries.
Measurement
HCGO extends governance beyond AI output and task completion by measuring dimensions of human understanding formation. Fifteen proprietary Understanding Metrics provide a structured framework for evaluating comprehension, coherence, progression, trust preservation, governance, grounding, context integration, and progressive disclosure.
Domain Applications
Bible Therapy Assistant™ (BTA) was the first HCGO domain implemented to a production level, providing operational evidence of HCGO applied within a real-world domain. BTA uses governed orchestration to support exploration and understanding of authoritative source material while preserving human authority and defined domain boundaries.
BTA is operated by Bible TA LLC, a separate legal entity.
TAD Concepts LLC is advancing HCGO from its first production-domain implementation toward an enterprise, multi-domain governed orchestration platform. HCGO enables domains with different authoritative sources, participation requirements, configurations, operational needs, displays, exports, and consumer interfaces to operate through a common governed architecture without surrendering their domain-specific authority or boundaries.
HCGO is being developed for application in government, regulated, and knowledge-intensive environments where source authority, provenance, governance, domain boundaries, human understanding, and accountable Human-AI participation matter.
AI Technology Experience
TAD Concepts LLC has used OpenAI technologies extensively throughout the development and evolution of Human-Centered Governed Orchestration (HCGO) and its first production domain, Bible Therapy Assistant™.
OpenAI technologies have supported TAD Concepts work across architecture analysis, software development, documentation, governance development, testing, research, and the continuing evolution of HCGO toward an enterprise multi-domain platform.
HCGO is designed to govern AI participation as part of a broader Human-AI ecosystem in which AI capabilities operate alongside humans, authoritative knowledge sources, domain controls, and enterprise capabilities within defined governance boundaries.
